GREAT BRISKET RUB

Ingredients:

1/4 cup sweet paprika
1/4 cup seasoned salt
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp celery salt
a pinch of ground cumin
a pinch of chili flakes

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 6 months.
