These tips will help one be confident in grilling fish. Basically, getting grilled fish right isn’t that hard. The main thing is not to overcook the fish. A key is to not get yourself distracted by conversation or you will probably leave the fish on the grill for too long. One of the best tips is to cook it hot and fast. The direct heat, on the fish, cooks it without releasing the moisture.
