Pork Barbeque Sauce

Makes about 3 ½ cups

3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 minced garlic clove
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon of salt
¼ cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 ½ cup of water

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate over night. Warn before you use. Baste meat until pork is 170F.
